The overworked system administrators may not be able to spend enough time to review minor details. Sometimes, the system administrator may not have been adequately trained and are tasked with managing the critical systems of an organization. Some configuration variables or architecture details are missed inadvertently. This service focuses on primarily reviewing the product requirements vs. what’s deployed and is a proactive step to improve the time between failures, availability and performance.
